Statistics for monni.no
When you visit monni.no, we count the visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we run ourselves on Microsoft Azure in Norway. We use no cookies and store nothing on your device.
We record which page you view and which page you came from, your browser, operating system, type of device, screen size, language and approximate location (country, region and city) derived from your IP address. Your IP address is not stored, and the visit is not linked to you as a person.
We also count when someone tries the examples on the page, opens a question or taps a link to the App Store or Google Play, but never what is typed or shown. If your browser has Do Not Track switched on, we do not count you.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the statistics to see how the website is used, so we can improve it. The legal basis is legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Storage and recipients
The statistics are stored in Monni’s own database on Microsoft Azure in Norway (Norway East). Microsoft is Monni’s processor. We do not share the statistics with anyone else and use no other analytics tools.
The statistics are deleted after 13 months.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and you can object to the processing. Because visits are not linked to you as a person, we usually cannot find your particular visits.
You have the right to complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
